Yes we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of order delivery. If you are not happy with your wood case you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different case.

Please contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange. You will need to ship us the original case. The only cost to you is the return shipping fee to get the original product to us. We will then send you a code you can use to place a totally free order for your new product.

You will need to login and find the order that contains the item you want to return. You can then request a return.
Please make sure to ship back the product in its original or protective packaging so it isn't damaged in transit.
